Many parents worry for their children. They fear for their future carrier, they wish to keep them clear of drugs and they want them to have a good life.

The minimal-tech house scene got huge over the last couple of years.

Video games are cool. You can fulfill your childhood dreams by having the chance to do everything from killing zombies with plants to building huge space colonies.

There were countless occasions in my life, when things on the far side of the screen looked so damn good, that I wanted to be sucked in on the USB port and to never come back. There were also times, when I was glad there was a power button and I had the choice to leave the room for a couple of hours. Sure, cruising around Los Santos is one thing, but wandering the deserted school corridor in FEAR is totally different.

Anyhow, there are some very special moments for those who adore both gaming and dance music. Finding an awesome dance club in a video game always adds a few extra hours to the gameplay. Therefore I made a list of my favorite video game clubs, where I just love to hang around regardless how many times you hear a single song on loop and there's not much to do besides mission related interactions. Before jumping onto the top 5, it is important to mention that this list might have been longer but as Kane and Lynch: Dead Man and Max Payne 3 feature two awesome looking clubs, but these games push you too hard by design, so you can't really stop and catch your breath to enjoy being there.
5. Hitman: Hell Club

4. Heavy Rain: Blue Lagoon Club

3. Grand Theft Auto 4: Maisonette 9

2. Deus Ex Human Revolution: Hive

1. Mass Effect 2: Afterlife

Afterlife is not the only cool place to hang out in Mass Effect. I didn't wanted to spam the list from a single franchise, but it is worth noting that the Mass Effect universe is also the home to places like the Purgatory Bar, Lower Afterlife, Chora's Den, Flux, Afterlife, Eternity, and Dark Star Bar.

Which one is your favorite video game dance club?
